Ostomy Support Group

Free and confidential support group for individuals with an ostomy and their caregivers. Meetings take place at the Mount Forest Family Health Team located at 525 Dublin Street, Mount Forest from 1:30pm – 3:00pm on the 2nd Thursday of every month.

Please join us this Thursday December 8, 2022 as we welcome 2 guest speakers who are both RN Specialists in Wound and Ostomy Care from Waterloo-Wellington SE Health, Lili Berescu and Kathryn Rzeszutko.
