Hawks’ Nest 2023

Hawk’s Nest is a Dragons’ Den inspired competition where entrepreneurs from various sectors will pitch their business ideas, attempting to secure financial support from local “Hawk” investors. This live finale will be held at The Roxy Theatre in Owen Sound on May 17th, at 7 p.m. Tickets are $30 , buy them now at roxytheatre.ca

Six regional entrepreneurs and one youth have been chosen as finalists from the coverage area (Bruce, Grey, Wellington-North, Owen Sound, Minto), and will pitch their business idea on stage attempting to gain investment from the Hawks, with each investor committing to a minimum $5,000 in one or more competitors, who they see as a good fit. The investment is at the discretion of each Hawk. This provides a minimum total of $30,000 to be awarded at the event. This live finale will be held on May 17th, at the Roxy Theatre in Owen Sound, and aired on community television networks.
