Free and confidential support group for caregivers. This group is open to all caregivers, providing them with an opportunity to connect with other caregivers, receive links to available community supports, and obtain strategies to assist with stress while dealing with multiple responsibilities.
Caregiver support group takes place the last Wednesday of every month at the Mount Forest Public Library. Online participation is also available via Zoom for those unable to attend in person. Light refreshments provided.
