Please join us to connect with others living with cancer. This free and confidential support group is open to all people with cancer, whether in active treatment or not; their caregivers; families and anyone else impacted by this condition.
This group takes place monthly every 2nd Tuesday of the month from 1:30pm – 3:00pm at the Claire Stewart Medical Clinic, Mount Forest Family Health Team, 525 Dublin Street, Mount Forest. For more information please contact Mishele, Cancer Care Coordinator at 519-323-0255 x 5014.
