Saugeen Conservation have upgraded the Flood Watch for Brockton, Kincardine and Arran-Elderslie to a Flood Warning. All other municipalities in the watershed remain under a Flood Watch until further notice.Water levels have risen by more than one metre since Tuesday afternoon due solely to rain, causing waterways in Brockton, Kincardine and Arran-Elderslie to overtop their banks. Many roadside ditches are full and beginning to flood low-lying roadways and adjacent areas. It is expected levels will continue to rapidly rise today as rivers respond to the extra rain. Saugeen Conservation staff will be closely monitoring the situation and provide an update if conditions change.
