Man Arrested In Suspected Overdose

TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON –  Wellington OPP have arrested a 32 year old man from Elora after a 23 year old woman from Fergus died from a suspected overdose. 
Last Wednesday Wellington County OPP responded to a residence on Colquhoun Street in Fergus for a female in medical distress. Joslyn Nellis, was transported to a local hospital where she was later pronounced deceased. A post mortem has been conducted, and the death is being treated as suspicious.
Torry Harris was arrested two days later and charged with Criminal Negligence Causing Death and four counts of Trafficking a Controlled Substance. The accused remains in custody, and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice-Guelph on April 8, 2019.
