DORNOCH – A 63 year old Mississauga man has been charged after West Grey Police executed a search warrant at an ice cream shop in Dornoch.
Officers searched the shop Monday morning, after they received reports that cannabis was being sold in the building.
Police found large amount of what is believed to be cannabis and drug paraphernalia. They also found over one-hundred bags of what is believed to be edibles in the form of gummies and lollipops.
The man was arrested and charged with four counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and one count of possession of marijuana.
Police would like to remind the public that possession of cannabis remains illegal until the October 17th legalization date.
