Massive Drug Bust at Guelph Hotel

WELLINGTON COUNTY – Wellington OPP rang in the New Year with a massive drug bust in Guelph.
Officers were originally looking into a stolen car from the Jesuit Centre in Guelph Eramosa Township on Saturday. That investigation lead them to the Royal City, to the Delta Hotel on Stone Road.
Police attended the suspects room and found cocaine, heroin, crystal meth, marijuana, xanax, drug trafficking paraphernalia and a large amount of cash; valued at approximately $250,000
30 year old Jeffery Adam Smith of Wellington North has been arrested and is facing the following charges.
– Possession of Cocaine for the purpose of Trafficking
– Possession of Heroin for the purpose of Trafficking
– Possession of Crystal Meth for the purpose of Trafficking
– Possession of Marihuana for the purpose of Trafficking
– Possession of Xanax for the purpose of Trafficking
– Resist Peace Officer
– Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
– Possession of Heroin
– Fail to leave premises when directed (Contrary to the Trespass to Property Act)
34 year old Ingrid Danielle Ohls of Cambridge and a 17 year old girl were also charged.
