Three International Awards for Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington

MOUNT FOREST – Crime Stoppers Canada has received international recognition.
Three awards were presented to the President of Canadian Crime Stoppers’ President Dave Forster at the 38th Annual Conference in Panama City. The awards were later presented to Sarah Bowers-Peter the Program Coordinator of the Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington for excellence in media coverage.
It’s the first time Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington has received international recognition.
They are right back at it preventing crime with an event coming up on the 28th – helping protect the community from identity theft at their Shredding event. The event is on Saturday October 28th from 10am until noon at the Wellington North Fire Service on Main Street.
Documents can be shredding for $5 per box with the proceeds supporting the Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington programs.
