HARRISTON – A 23 year old man from the Town of Minto will be walking for a bit after getting charged with drinking and driving.
Police were called to the Mac’s Convenience Store in Harriston Sunday after getting a tip about a possible impaired driver. They spoke with the driver at the store and the officer thought he had been drinking.
The man was taken back to the station for testing and was charged with Driving with Over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100mL of blood, as well as Impaired Driving contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
